What to Expect When You Choose Luminis Health Imaging
We get that you don't want to use sick or vacation days for tests. That's why we offer flexible appointment times, even in the evening and on weekends.
And you don't have to wait on the phone to get an appointment. Conveniently book your imaging test online. If your plans change, no problem. You can use the same handy online tool to change your appointment.
Once you book your test, we'll reach out to go over any instructions and respond to your questions. We mean it when we say there's no such thing as a silly question.
Some of our tests mean that you're briefly in somewhat tight quarters. If claustrophobia is a concern for you, this is a good time to ask about ways we can adapt to help you.
If you're a Luminis Health patient, we'll upload your test results into your MyChart profile. This makes it easy for you — and all your health care providers — to look up your test results anytime. If you're referred to us from outside Luminis Health for imaging, we'll promptly send your results to your doctor.
For patients who received imaging services at Luminis Health between February 21, 2024 and September 30, 2024.
Due to a February 2024 data breach at Optum Change Healthcare, you may have received an invoice for imaging services that could be incorrect.
- If you have not yet paid this bill: Please wait for additional communications about any amount you owe. You will not incur late fees.
- If you have already paid a bill for these services: We are working with Optum and your health insurance provider to verify that you were billed the correct amount. This process could take some time.
While Luminis Health had no part in the data breach and Optum no longer provides our billing services, we are focused on resolving this issue for our patients.
