Abdominal, Lower Back, or Pelvic Pain: Persistent pain in these areas can be a sign of fibroids pressing on surrounding organs or nerves.
Swelling or a Sense of Fullness in the Abdomen or Pelvic Area: As fibroids grow, they can cause noticeable swelling or a feeling of heaviness.

Treatment Options for Fibroids
