Veniese Lawrence is a women’s health nurse practitioner and midwife who received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2010. She worked as an RN for 7 years prior to graduating with Masters of Science with a concentration in women’s health and midwifery at Georgetown University in 2017. Following graduation, she worked as a women’s health nurse practitioner and nurse midwife at a busy OB/Gyn clinic.
She has a widespread of experience in women’s healthcare including prenatal care, labor and delivery, general gynecology and gynecology oncology. She is currently on faculty as a clinical faculty advisor at Georgetown University, School of Nursing, Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and dog. She is excited to be a part of Luminis Health, where she will be available to educate and treat women in the community.
