Dr. Neil E Page MD, FAAP, COL (Ret.) will join Luminis Health following 38 years in the United States Army. Dr. Page is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He received his Baccalaureate from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988 and his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda Maryland in 1995. Dr. Page completed a residency in Family Medicine at Womack Army Hospital at Fort Bragg NC in 1998 and a fellowship in Faculty Development from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2009.
Dr. Page has a wealth of experience in primary care having served as clinician, department chair and Chief Medical Officer in varied health care settings. He has held assistant professorships at the Uniformed Services University and has published articles on neuropathic pain, emergency response to radiologic emergencies and provider leadership.
Dr. Page’s focus areas are patient centered care, fair access to affordable care, and evidence based medical practice. He and his family have relocated to the Annapolis area to begin a new career with Luminis Health, remain close with family, and enjoy the Chesapeake Bay.
